RULES & POLICIES

• Maximum 5:1 child to adult ratio

• All children must be supervised at all times

• Kids' Town is not liable for any injuries (including death), illness, or economic loss which may occur while on site or while traveling to or from Kids' Town

• Kids' Town is not responsible for personal items which may be lost or stolen, please leave valuable items locked in your car

• Children under 16 are not permitted to enter or remain in the building without adult supervision

• No adults permitted without children

• Children with an elevated temperature, illness that may be contagious (such as pink eye or flu), or too sick to go to school are asked to not visit Kids' Town for the safety of other guests

• Food and drink permitted only in the food area and party/event rooms

• No firearms or weapons of any kind inside the building expect for uniformed law enforcement officers

• No pets or animals inside the building

• No smoking of any kind in or around the building

• All visitors must sign in at the front desk

• Do not climb on exhibits not made for the purpose of climbing

• Do not climb up the slides

• Do not go down the slides head first

• Be respectful of other guests, take turns and share

• Keep toys and interactive items within their appropriate exhibit

• Cars are only to be driven on the car track

• Kids' Town reserves the right to ask any individual or individuals to leave the building for any reason

• Parties are not allowed to congregate outside of the party room or without a party reservation in order to sing, eat cake or cupcakes, blow out candles, etc. (i.e. if you plan to celebrate a birthday at Kids' Town you must book our party room unless you only plan to play). Tables near the front of Kids' Town are not to be used for birthday parties.
